What REmentioned is

REmentioned is a technology and marketing provider serving licensed real estate professionals. It is not a real estate broker, does not represent buyers or sellers, and does not give real estate, legal or financial advice. Advertising published on your behalf is your advertising under New York law, and you remain responsible for its accuracy and for your licence obligations.

The price

$500 a month, billed monthly, no setup fee, no minimum term. Cancel before the next billing date and the service ends at the end of the month paid for.

Your content and your domain

Your domain, your photographs, your commentary and your listing data are yours. If you leave, you take them. REmentioned keeps the templates, tooling and code it built to run the service.

Listing data

Listing data is your own listing content from your MLS as distributed by MLS GRID, used under the terms of that licence. Where market statistics or other brokers' listings are displayed, the attribution the licence requires is displayed with them and cannot be removed.

What is not promised

No search ranking, no citation in any AI assistant's answer, no volume of leads or income. REmentioned publishes your work correctly and makes it legible to the systems that read it. What those systems do with it is theirs to decide.

Review

Content generated by the service is reviewed by a person before it is published, and you can ask to review any of it yourself first. Corrections requested by your MLS or your broker are made promptly.
